For advisory firms
Amplify the reach of your team’s client reviews
Every review your team earns can work harder. Wealthtender gives multi-advisor firms three flexible ways to display client reviews across firm and advisor profiles, so your stars show up wherever prospects search, for your firm and for each advisor by name.
Available on all plans for advisory firms onboarding multiple advisors.
Three ways to amplify your reviews
Same capability, pointed in different directions
The right choice depends on one question: where do your reviews come in, and where should they appear?
Firm → all advisors
Review Sync™
Reviews collected on your firm profile also appear on every advisor profile.
Advisors → firm
Review Rollup™
Reviews collected on individual advisor profiles also appear on your firm profile.
Firm → selected advisors
Review Allocate™
Choose which advisor profiles display each review, review by review.
Many firms combine them. Running Review Sync and Review Rollup together is common, so reviews flow in both directions and every profile reflects the full strength of the firm.

One firm, all reviews, shared on every advisor profile
Review Sync is an optional benefit for advisory firms that amplifies the reach of your firm’s online reviews. With the feature activated, reviews submitted and published on your advisory firm profile also appear on each advisor’s profile, strengthening search engine optimization and AI visibility (AEO) for your firm and your advisors alike.
- Ideal for smaller advisory firms with a team approach
- Every advisor profile reflects the firm’s full review count and rating
- Reviews publish with structured data on each profile, helping advisors surface in Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
- New advisors benefit from client feedback that conveys what it is like working with advisors at the firm, instead of starting from zero
- Disclosures added once travel with each review to every profile
See it live: Intelligent Capitalworks, where the same review count appears across the firm and each advisor.

With Review Sync activated, every advisor profile displays the firm’s reviews.
Every advisor review bolsters your firm’s reputation, too
Review Rollup is an optional benefit for advisory firms that amplifies the reach of your advisors’ online reviews. With the feature activated, reviews submitted and published on an advisor’s profile also appear on your advisory firm profile, strengthening search engine optimization and AI visibility (AEO) for your firm and your advisors.
- Ideal for wealth management firms where the advisor-client relationships run deep
- Your firm profile reflects the combined strength of the whole team
- Advisors collect and display the reviews and ratings they earn on their own profiles
- Gain insights into the distinct client stories each advisor earns to identify top performers and opportunities to share best practices
- Firm-level review volume builds quickly as advisors collect reviews
- Both the firm and each advisor gain search and AI visibility, rather than one at the expense of the other

With Review Rollup activated, the firm profile reflects reviews earned across advisors.
Credit each review to one or more advisors
Review Allocate gives firms precise control. Collect reviews at the firm level, or import your Google Reviews, and then, at the same time you add the required regulatory disclosures, choose which advisor profiles should display that review, alongside your firm profile. Most firms allocate based on which advisors played a role in the client relationship or are mentioned by name in the review.
- Ideal for firms with distinct teams, offices, or service models
- Reviews display on the profiles of advisors that clients worked closest with
- Allocation happens in the same step as adding disclosures, so nothing is duplicated
- Works with reviews imported from Google using the Wealthtender import tool
- Credited reviews strengthen SEO and AI visibility (AEO) for the selected advisors

In the firm dashboard, choose the connected profiles that display each review.

Questions & answers
What firm leaders ask us
Yes, and many firms do. Running Review Sync and Review Rollup together is common, so reviews collected at the firm level reach every advisor while reviews collected by individual advisors also strengthen the firm profile. Review Allocate can be activated as well, and where a review is specifically allocated, those placement choices take precedence.
Disclosures are added just once, to the incoming review, before it is published. From that point the review and its disclosures always appear together, on whichever profile or profiles the review is synced, rolled up, or allocated to. There is no separate disclosure step per profile, and no review is ever displayed without the disclosures that accompany it.
Yes. Wherever a review is published, it contributes to that profile’s average rating and review count, and it is included in the structured data on that page. That is what allows gold stars to appear in search results for the firm and for each advisor by name.
These are optional benefits for advisory firms that onboard multiple advisors, and they are available across all plan tiers at no additional cost. We generally introduce firm features to firms onboarding five or more advisors, but if your team is smaller, please reach out, we are glad to talk through your situation.
Each advisor whose profile displays reviews needs an active subscription, either individually or covered by the firm, since Wealthtender does not publish advisor profiles without one.
Yes, subject to the award criteria and a self-attestation step.
For the Highly Rated Advisor award, award-eligible reviews include reviews submitted on an advisor’s own profile plus reviews submitted on a firm profile and displayed on that advisor’s profile (for example, using Review Sync) that the firm attests are attributable to that advisor. Firms complete the Wealthtender Award Eligibility Attestation Form, and our team evaluates each advisor against the criteria and responds within two business days.
For the Highly Rated Firm award, award-eligible reviews include reviews submitted on the firm profile plus reviews aggregated from affiliated advisor profiles and displayed on the firm profile (for example, using Review Rollup).
Full criteria, timeframes, and minimums are on the Voice of the Client Awards page.
Yes. Firms can use the Wealthtender Google Review Import Tool to bring existing reviews onto the platform, add the required disclosures, and then sync, roll up, or allocate them like any other review. See how the import tool works.
Firm features are managed at the firm level, so a new advisor’s profile can reflect the firm’s synced reviews as soon as their profile is active. If an advisor departs, contact us and we will work with you to update profiles and review placement appropriately.
Why we built these review amplification features
Clients don’t just hire firms. They hire people.
When a prospect is referred to your firm, they are almost always referred to an individual advisor on your team by name, and that is the name they type into Google, ChatGPT, or Gemini. A review strategy built only at the firm level misses them at the exact moment they are deciding.
Clients name advisors, not firms
Our Voice of the Client Study of 2,500+ reviews found clients mention individual advisors by name nearly 25 times more often than they mention their firm. Among reviews naming either, 96% name an advisor and only 4% mention the firm alone.
Referrals still get researched
96% of people referred to a financial advisor research that advisor online before making contact, and 83% specifically look for online reviews. Referrals create interest, but online research drives the hiring decision.
Reviews capture the relationship
89% of client reviews center on relationship quality, planning advice, and emotional factors rather than portfolio performance. That content only exists when reviews are written about a person.
The best of both worlds
A five-star review of an individual advisor is a testament to your firm’s culture, hiring standards, and client service, and your advisors are your most credible brand ambassadors. In other trust-based professions like doctors and lawyers, this model has been proven over more than a decade: collect at the professional level, publish and promote wherever it makes strategic sense.
That is exactly why Wealthtender was designed around individual advisor profiles with firm-level aggregation, and why the review amplification features above let reviews travel in whichever direction fits your firm. Each profile is optimized for traditional search engines and for AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, so your firm and every advisor gain visibility, not one at the expense of the other.
